Service and Support:
We have a dedicated help desk to support and assist our users in resolving their queries online. To handle this task efficiently we have simple and user friendly ticketing system where you can register your queries online and our team will respond with appropriate solution either through mail or phone call.
Once you register the query, you can any time check the status / progress online at your convenience. It is always easier and better to register all queries using this ticketing system to track all support requests and their status.
- It is always better to have your SRN (Service request no.) handy when you call the helpdesk to get speedy and accurate services.
- Our support team is available and happy to assist you during the working office hours as shown below.
Service Desk Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday : 9:30AM to 4:30PM
- All Saturday’s and Sunday’s are Holidays
Note: All the calls that are logged between 9:30 AM till 12 Noon will be attended on the same day where as calls logged after 12 Noon will be attended on next working day.

Procedure for call login is as shown below
- Step 1: Please type the URL:http://mytask.tarkasoft.com
- Step 2: Please type your user name and password
- Step 3: Please fill the details which are mandatory and Save
- Step 4: Once the details are saved, the software will generate a Service Request Number (SRN)
- Step 5: Repeat the above steps once again if you are not able to get the Service Request Number
- Step 6: If you are not able to get the Service Request Number please put an email to email@example.com and get the SRN (Service Request Number) which is Mandatory.
